Virginia L. Frank is an international surrogacy attorney who helps international couples complete their family through surrogacy. She has finalized over 600+ surrogacies since she began working with Intended Parents in 2001 and over 6,000 families through the adoption process. She has experience with the following different types of surrogacy: Gestational Surrogacy, Traditional Surrogacy, obtains Parentage Orders, LBGTQ re-affirmation of parentage through Adoption, Carrier representation, Egg Donation Agreements, Embryo Donation Agreements, and more.

Sarah-Marie Adamson
Creative Media Director
Creative Media Director, Sarah-Marie Adamson is the behind-the-scenes creator, providing footage, graphic illustrations, and other multimedia designs that help make Marketing Choices unique. She graduated from The University of Tampa with a BFA in Film and Media Arts and a French Certificate and is currently pursuing a MA in Educational Technology at LSU. When Sarah-Marie isn’t editing eLearning training videos or working on one of our guided journals, she enjoys practicing French, reading, writing, and watching films with loved ones.

Melissa N. Martínez Carrero

Editor-in-Chief, Melissa Martinez manages the Editorial Department for Marketing Choices. She has worked with National adoption agencies since 2019. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez with a degree in English Literature. When she is not managing editorial staff or perfecting articles, you can find her curled up with a good book, spending time playing with her puppy Lincoln, watching television, or baking. She recently moved from the island of Puerto Rico to the mainland with her husband in search of their next adventure.

Moriah Toney, Digital Marketing Manager, is a creative digital marketing professional with a strong passion for content creation, brand development, and data-driven storytelling. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas and has expertise in social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and graphic design. Moriah excels in crafting engaging campaigns, optimizing brand engagement, and enhancing user experiences through innovative strategies. Based in Dallas, TX, she’s a proud pet parent to Prince, her 15-year-old Shih Tzu, and Charleston, her energetic 1-year-old terrier, who keeps life full of excitement.
